New actor (Sheeplot Limiter). A signpost that forces Sheeplot actors to respawn.
All Act1 routes now connect to the final boss chunk (04).
Act 1 is now beatable!
Updated floatsam logic.

Done! Act 1 is *technically* done! Well ahead of SAGE's deadline! Which means I can focus on polishing and prettyfing everything up. There's a lot of grass that needs mowing.

I'll be waiting a little longer before releasing an updated demo.
